Once the academic institution to which the professor belongs has completed the necessary procedures for connection through the Authentication Authorization Infrastructure (AAI), the professor will access the application using the credentials provided by the respective institution. If a professor's details are not registered in the institution's catalogue, the professor should communicate with the institution's Network Center to create an account.
Researchers of Grade A, B, or C who are affiliated with an organization integrated into the Authentication Authorization Infrastructure (AAI) will be able to register in the system using the codes received from their respective Research Center.
Professors and researchers of Grade A, B, or C, whose appointments were made through the information system after selection, can contact the Apella Helpdesk to upgrade their candidate account, which they maintained for the selection process, to a Professor/Researcher account.
After completing their registration and certification in the information system, professors/researchers can be selected by Institutional authorities when compiling internal and external member lists. Additionally, they will be able to view information about positions that have been announced and for which members of the electoral body or the three-member advisory committee have been designated. They will also have the option to submit their candidacy for election/advancement/permanence by providing only the additional required information, without creating a new profile as candidates.

Domestic professors and researchers, of Grade A, B, or C, will access the application using the codes they have received from their respective institution.

Simultaneously, they will be able to view details of positions that have been announced, for which members of the electoral body or the three-member advisory committee have been designated.
Additionally, they will have the option to submit their candidacy for election, by providing only the required additional information and without creating a new profile as candidates.
Non-tenured assistant professors will have the opportunity to apply for tenure. Their application will be evaluated by the department's secretary, and upon approval, a position will be created in the information system, where they can submit their candidacy. It should be noted that the created position will be open and visible to users of the information system, who will also be able to submit candidacy for the tenure position.
For their advancement, members of the academic faculty will have the ability, through their accounts, to create an application for advancement. This application will be evaluated by the department's secretary, and upon approval, a position will be created in the information system, where they can submit their candidacy.
