In order to register, candidate Faculty members need to provide their personal information, by creating an account here.

For their authentication they will need to upload a copy of their Identification Card or passport. Note that for the certification of the profile from the Helpdesk at least one working day is required.

In order to submit a candidacy, candidates need to upload their CV, copies of their degrees and study titles, as well as their scientific publications, analytical memorandum included. A profile will be therefore created, enabling them to submit their candidacy for any position they are interested in. Note that the documents submitted for the profile certification will not be transferred to the submitted candidacy.

Candidates should upload any complementary document that is required by the Institution, according to its Organisation, in the "Complementary documents" field when submitting application for a position. They will be also able to certify that access to the information they upload will be allowed to the other candidates.

Domestic Professors/Researchers rank A', B' or C’ who wish to submit a candidacy application for a position of promotion/establishment, will connect to their existing account and upload their CV, copies of their degrees and study titles, as well as their scientific publications, analytical memorandum included. Then, they will be able to submit their candidacy for any position they are interested in.

Candidates for election will complete their individual information here in order to register in the Information System. 

For their account verification, they must upload a copy of their ID card or passport to their profile. It should be noted that at least one business day is required for the verification of documents and profile by the Apella Helpdesk. 

For the submission of their candidacy, candidates will upload their curriculum vitae, copies of their degrees and academic titles in the respective sections (Degree Copies / Foreign Degree Copies), their scientific publications, along with a comprehensive overview in their profile. This way, a profile will be created, enabling them to submit their candidacy for any position of interest. Please note that the documents submitted for profile verification will not be transferred to the submitted candidacy application. 

Candidates should upload any complementary document that is required by the Institution, according to its Organization, in the "Complementary documents" field when submitting application for a position. Additionally, they will have the option to indicate whether the information they upload can be accessed by their fellow candidates. 

Professors/Researchers of Grade A, B, or C who wish to apply for a position will be connected to their existing account and will upload their curriculum vitae, copies of their degrees and academic titles in the respective sections (Degree Copies / Foreign Degree Copies), their scientific publications, along with a comprehensive overview to the 'Candidacy Files' section in their 'Profile' account. Subsequently, they will be able to submit their candidacy for any position of interest. 

Non-tenured assistant professors will have the opportunity to apply for tenure. Their application will be evaluated by the department's secretary, and upon approval, a position will be created in the information system, where they can submit their candidacy. It should be noted that the created position will be open and visible to users of the information system, who will also be able to submit candidacy for the tenure position. 

For their advancement, members of the academic faculty will have the ability, through their accounts, to create an application for advancement. This application will be evaluated by the department's secretary, and upon approval, a position will be created in the information system, where they can submit their candidacy.
